Technical Report - Study Services for WSPAR, SEMR, POM, and HQ USAF/LG Logistics Assessment Programs.

Abstract

The WSPAR, SEMR, and POM Logistics Assessment Programs provided analysis at the Pentagon for HQ USAF/LGSI. The WSPAR is the Weapon System Program Assessment Review. The major weapon systems in the Air Force (A-10, B-1B, B-52, C-5, C-130, C-141, E-3, F-15, F-l6, F-111, F-117, KC-10, KC-135, SOF Helo and Fixed Wing) are required to report the health of the weapon system approximately once every 18 months, sometimes every 12 or 15 months. The System Program Director (SPD) is required to report the capability of the weapon system to perform its peacetime and wartime missions.
