Stationwide Environmental Baseline Survey and Related Environmental Factors, Ontario Air National Guard Station, California.

Abstract

This Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) has been prepared to document the environmental condition of real property at Ontario Air National Guard Station (ANGS), California, resulting from the storage, release, and disposal of hazardous substances and petroleum products and their derivatives over the installations history. Although primarily a management tool, this EBS is also used by the Air Force to meet its obligations under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 United States Code Section 9620(h), as amended by ?he Community Environmental Response Facilitation Act (CERFA) (Public Law 102-426). Attached is Table ES-i, which is a listing of all uncontaminated property based on information obtained through a records search, interviews, and visual site inspections at Ontario ANGS. Figure ES-i depicts their respective locations.
