Abstract

This Directive reissues DoD Directive 4500.43, dated October30, 1985, and implements provisions of 0MB Circular NO. A.126 as they apply to the Department of Defense. It supplements DoD Directive 4500.9 as it relates to transportation provided by Operational Support Airlift (OSA) aircraft.
