Abstract

This Instruction, under Section 72a of Title 2, United States Code, implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures governing the relationship of the Department of Defense with the S&I Staff, House Appropriations Committee. This Instruction reissues DoD Instruction 5500.16, dated December 8, 1976.
