Abstract

These proceedings record the results of a mini-symposium held on 2-4 March 1993. Four Working Groups, Comparative Cost Analysis and Methodology, Uncertainty Analysis, Integrating Cost and Effectiveness, and Modeling Cost and Performance convened to examine the role and methodology of cost analysis in the COEA process as well as the application of operations research techniques useful to the integration of both cost and effectiveness analysis.
