Abstract

This volume is divided into two sections. Section 1 provides a generic AICUZ study which a Planner can use as a skeleton from which to build his own site-specific AICUZ. Included in the section are the Volumes 1 and 2 of the AICUZ study along with the generic Implementation/Maintenance Plan and a sample citizens brochure, as well as a generic AICUZ amendment. Section 2 provides an example zoning ordinance and a sample avigation easement. The sample zoning ordinance may be used as a basis for discussion with the local community planners. That sample zoning ordinance came from Midwest City, a local community in the vicinity of Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The sample avigation easement is from Midwest City as well. Sample AICUZ maps are located at the end of Section 2.
