Knowledge Worker System Version 2.5 Reference Guide.

Abstract

The Knowledge Worker System (KWS) is an automated tool that enables an organization to define the tasks, information resources, and computer applications required to perform their business processes. Essentially, the information within KWS is an online process model for an organization. KWS represents process information in a temporal hierarchical task structure. This structure contains information about the tasks that need to be done and when. Anywhere within this structure, procedural details, information resources, and computer applications can be associated with an individual task via steps, attachments, and Do Its, respectively. These components provide an organization with help in executing tasks and in some cases with automatic task execution. This reference guide describes KWS functionality and provides KWS users with detailed instructions on using KWS Version 2.5.
