Weather and Radar Processor (WARP) Operational Capabilities Test (OCT) Report.

Abstract

This Weather and Radar Processor (WARP) Operational Capabilities Test (OCT) Report documents the results and events of the OCT conducted by Harris Corporation on January 23 through 25, 1996. The objective of the OCT was to provide an operational demonstration of a complete WARP Stage 0 system using real time weather data. Test results, conclusions, and recommendations are based on comparison of data received from the proposed WARP system and the current operational Meteorologist Weather Processor (MWP).
