Abstract

This section has been prepared for the purpose of providing information concerning the Army Research, Development, Test and Evaluation program. The Descriptive Summaries are comprised of R-2 (Budget Item Justification Sheet) and R-3 (RDT&E Program Element/Project Cost Breakdown) Exhibits which provide narrative information on all RDT&E program elements and projects for the FY 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999 time period.
