The 1996 Battlespace Atmospherics Conference was held in San Diego, California from 3-5 December 1996. The conference covered modeling, measurement, and prediction of atmospheric effects on electromagnetic, electrooptical, and acoustic systems. A total of 67 papers and 5 poster sessions were presented. This document contains the written versions for most of the presentations and posters.
