Abstract

A Review of Ground Water Modeling Needs for the U.S. Army addresses the magnitude of ground water contamination at Army installations. The study recommends that the Army develop in-house expertise in ground water modeling, expand partnership programs between the Army and academic researchers, and develop-- a ground water modeling support center to help focus research, technology transfer and training activities.
