Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve,

Abstract

This Instruction implements policy and assigns responsibility for developing programs that promote employer and community support for the activities of the National Guard and Reserve established In DoD Directive 1250.1. It does not establish any rights or remedies and may not be relied on by any person organization or other entity in an administrative or judicial proceeding or any other forum.
