Abstract

This Directive reissues DoD Directive 5160.48, dated February 21, 1964; establishes policy and updates responsibilities for PA&Vl E&T in the Department of Defense; designates the Defense Information School (DINFOS), Fort Meade, MD, as the principal source of PA&VI E&T in the Department of Defense; and implements PA&VI E&T policies in references (b) through (f) of this Directive.
