Abstract

The Air Quality Technical Reference Document has been prepared to provide pertinent information and supporting documentation that is used for the air quality analysis in the Environmental Impact Statement for the Relocation of U.S. Army Chemical School and U.S. Army Military Police School to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. This document is not a report, it merely provides supporting reference documentation for the EIS. Most of this document supports subsection 5.2.2.3. It will be placed in the repositories. The Air Quality Technical Reference Document contains the following sections: Fog Oil Air Permit; Fog Oil Air Permit Review and Modeling Report; Fog Oil Air Permit Modeling Report; Example Fog Oil Model Output; Chemical Defense Training Facility Air Permit; Emission Calculations; Cumulative Analysis Summary; Fog Oil Training Ambient Air Monitoring Plan Summary; Fog Oil Training Soil and Vegetation Plan Summary.
