Paclitaxel (Taxol) Resistance in Breast Cancer Cells.

Abstract

Because breast cancer MDA 435 and MCF-7 cells do not grow clonally at single cell densities, we studied mechanisms of resistance to paclitaxel (Taxol) in single-step selected clones of human sarcoma cells.
