Abstract

The object of this research is to review the existing depot maintenance structure in each of the DOD Services and the Coast Guard; identify and analyze alternatives for reducing costs, duplication, overlap and overall depot maintenance capacity; recommend cost effective alternative(s) to existing maintenance structures that will continue to support peacetime and wartime readiness.
