Advance Planning Briefing for Industry: Information Dominance for the Full Spectrum Force.

Abstract

The Army C4IEW is pleased to present these proceedings of the 1997 Advance Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) entitled 'Information Dominance for the Full Spectrum Force.' The objective of this publication is to provide industry with a comprehensive overview of our research and development programs, sustainment efforts and corresponding contract opportunities available to industry within the next five years. Technology is the critical component to attaining full-spectrum operations. The Department of Defense must team with private industry at every opportunity in order to ensure advanced technologies for our forces in the 21st century.
