Prevention of Human Mammary Carcinogenesis.

Abstract

This final progress report summarizes the experiments performed and results obtained during a two year funding period. The experiments utilized the human mammary terminal duct lobular unit (TDLU) explant culture and the human mammary epithelial 184-B5 cell culture models. This study was designed to establish clinical relevance of the newly identified SEPB as quantitative parameters for effective chemoprevention of human breast carcinogenesis.
