The Impact of Physical Activity on Premenstrual Symptoms.

Abstract

This cross-sectional study was designed to determine whether (1) there is an association between physical activity and the prevalence of premenstrual symptoms in a diverse uniformed and civilian population; (2) stress affects the incidence of premenstrual symptoms; and (3) nutrition positively or negatively affects symptoms.
