Abstract

Subject report identifies the research activities conducted by Tripler Army Medical Center investigators through protocols approved by the Clinical Investigation/Human Use Committees, the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee, and the Institutional Review Board. The research protocols described were conducted under the provisions of AR 4038 (Clinical Investigation Program); AR 407 (Use of Investigational Drugs in Humans and the Use of Schedule I Controlled Drug Substances; AR 70-25 (Use of Volunteers as Subjects of Research); HSC Reg 4023 (Management of Clinical Investigations Protocols and Reports); and AR 70-18 (me Use of Animals in DOD Programs).
