Results of the NRaD Organizational Climate Survey - 1997. Revision 4.

Abstract

The Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center RDT&E Division has participated in a demonstration project that addresses key areas of the Civil Service personnel system since July 1980. The Demonstration Project (now the Alternate Personnel System) was authorized under Title VI of the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978 and was extended by Congress and the President until September 1995. Annual surveys of employees are needed to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of this experimental project. This report publishes the results of the 1997 survey.
