Abstract

Technical sessions consisted of pavement and horizontal construction, in situ stabilization, geosynthetics/soil reinforcement systems, dams and water conveyance systems, erosion control waste management. waste/byproducts stabilization/utilization, and soil stabilization with contaminated soils. To encourage input from the large number of attendees, a special workshop format was used.
