Abstract

This is the final progress report for the Ceramic Metal Composite Circuit-Board-Level Technology for Application Specific Electronic Modules (ASEMs). This report summarizes the entire research program. Areas included in the report are: LTCC-M Materials System Development, Technology Transfer to Dielectric Labs, Inc., Fabrication and Evaluation of the Four Technology Demonstration Vehicles, and Future Extensions of the LTCC-M Technology.
