A Computer Program for Estimation of Parameters of the Weibull Intensity Function and for the Cramer-Von Mises Goodness of Fit Test

Abstract

This report describes the structure and use of a digital computer program written in Standard FORTRAN, which can be used to obtain the maximum likelihood estimates of the parameters of the Weibull intensity function. The program also performs the Cramer-Von Mises goodness of fit test.
