Abstract

This final technical report for contract N00014-91-C-2224 summarizes all work accomplished in the construction of the Navy Prototype Optical Interferometer (NPOI), Phase I. Reference is made to all environmental reports and permits, construction of roads, buildings, array piers, and power distribution. Quarterly reports, summary budget, job descriptions of personnel, and publications are included.
