Abstract

This document is the end result of the Energy Engineering Analysis Program (EEAP) at Neu Ulm Military Community in West Germany. The ultimate goal of this effort is the reduction of energy consumption in compliance with the objectives set forth in the U.S. Army Facilities Energy Plan.
