Basewide Energy Systems Plan for Aberdeen Proving Ground; Volume 1 - Executive Summary.

Abstract

This report presents the results of the Energy Engineering Analysis (EEA) Program conducted at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, Maryland, by JRB Associates, (JRB) under Contract No. DACA65-8O-C-00l5. The report includes analyses of the energy use patterns at the base and the identification and evaluation of energy conservation opportunities. The results obtained indicate that energy use at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) can potentially be reduced by over 20 percent by FY 1985, compared to the FY 1975 use baseline. This report is organized into three volumes: Volume I - Executive Summary, Volume II - Main Report and Facility Engineer Conservation Measures, and Volume III - Appendices and ECIP projects. The Main Report is divided into three sub-volumes. This report is the first volume of the overall three volume basewide energy systems study at APG.
