Following the DD 1391 Forms is a project summary table, the life cycle cost analysis for the project, and the life cycle cost analysis, cost estimates, and calculations for each building/area included in the project. This ECIP project also includes an FEMP project. This FEMP project is referred to as FEMP Project 3 and includes buildings 2762-2767, 2778, 2781, 2770, 2942-2944.
