Abstract

This document is the end result of the Energy Engineering Analysis Program (EEAP) at Geoppingen Military Community in West Germany. This EEAP was authorized by the U.S. Department of the Army, European Division, Corps of Engineers, headquartered in Frankfurt, West Germany, under contract No. DACA-9O-83-6-OO23. The ultimate goal of this effort is the reduction of energy consumption in compliance with the objectives set forth in the U.S. Army Facilities Energy Plan.
