Energy Engineering Analysis Program, final Report - Increments A, B, D, F and G, U.S. Army, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan; Volume 1 - Executive Summary.

Abstract

This Final Report summarizes all work accomplished under Increments A, B, D, F and G of the Energy Engineering Analysis Program conducted at the Detroit Arsenal (DA) in Warren, Michigan and Satellite Operations at Arsenal Acres, Pontiac Storage Facility and Keweenaw Field Station. The tasks assigned under these Increments have been completed and are documented within. The study objective was to develop a systematic plan of projects that would result in the reduction of energy consumption in compliance with the Army Facilities Energy Plan (AFEP) and to prepare Project Development Brochures (PDB's), DD Forms 1391 and supporting documentation for those projects deemed feasible. The projects developed as a result of this study are described in this report. Project Development Brochures and DD Forms 1391 have been prepared in accordance with Army procedures and are bound separately.
