Abstract

This report explores potential energy conservation measures at the Nuernberg Military Community. A total of 26 ECIP projects have been identified with an estimated total annual savings potential of 22 percent of the 1982 energy usage at the Milcom. Another 27 measures are recommended for Milcom funding and implementation, which have a combined potential savings of 7 percent of 1982 usage.
