Abstract

The Integrated Energy Master Plan for Fort Carson, Colorado, was commissioned by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to obtain a complete energy analysis of Fort Carson and provide guidelines for the efficient use of energy resources. The study was divided into five increments, the first four of which, A, B, C and B were completed in October of 1980. This document, the Central Plant Master Plan, represents Increment E.
