Abstract

This report presents the results of an Air Force Occupational Survey of the Aircraft Metals Technology career ladder, Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 2A7X1. Authority for conducting occupational surveys is contained in AFI 36-2623. Copies of this report and pertinent computer printouts are distributed to the Air Force Functional Manager, the operations training location, all major using commands, and other interested operations and training officials. Mr. Michael F. Brosnan, Inventory Development Specialist, developed the survey instrument. Second Lieutenant David A. Huber, Occupational Analyst, analyzed the data and wrote the final report. Mrs. Jeanie C. Guesman provided computer programming support. Senior Airman Therese A. Cofer provided administrative support. This report has been reviewed and approved by Lieutenant Colonel Roger W. Barnes, Chief Airman Analysis Section, Occupational Analysis Flight, Air Force Occupational Measurement Squadron (AFOMS).
