Abstract

This study was conducted and this report prepared under Contract No. DACA01-94-D-0033, Delivery Order No. 0009, issued to E M C Engineers, Inc. (EMC) by the U.S. Army Engineer District, Mobile, on 17 October 1995. The delivery order was managed by the Kansas City District Corps of Engineers for Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The purpose of the Limited Energy Study, Insulate Brick Buildings, is to determine the economic feasibility of installing insulation in 100 existing brick buildings.
