Abstract

The objective of this Energy Monitoring and Control System Feasibility Study was conducted for the Norfolk District, Corps of Engineers. Its purpose was to determine the energy conservation and economic benefits of a base-wide Energy Monitoring and Control System (EMCS) to control building mechanical and electrical systems at Fort Drum.
