Energy Engineering Analysis Program, MC Alester Army Ammunition Plant; Volume 1 - Executive Summary.

Abstract

The EEAP study at McAlester will result in a comprehensive basewide energy plan. The plan will describe modifications to maximize efficiency of the existing installation and recommend investment opportunities to further reduce energy use. The plan will be developed to reduce energy consumption in compliance with the objective set forth in the Army Facilities Energy Plan. All practical methods of energy conservation will be evaluated for economic feasibility.
