Energy Savings Opportunity Survey, Fort Riley, Kansas; Executive Summary.

Abstract

The Schemmer Associates Inc. began to accomplish this Energy Savings Opportunity Survey (ESOS) at Fort Riley in the Fall of 1985. Our project team has consisted of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers architects and technicians involved in each different phase of the project. A Preliminary Submittal was made in December 1985 and the Interim Submittal was made in May 1986. This report is the final phase of the project. We first accomplished extensive field surveys of the buildings to be analyzed. The analysis of energy conservation opportunities (ECO's) was the next phase of the project.
