Abstract

The purpose of this study was conducted and this submittal prepared under Contract DACA56-90-0087. The contract was issued by the Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, as of 21 August 1990. This submittal presents the results of a study analyzing energy requirements and energy conservation opportunities (ECOs) for Army boiler and chiller plants at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
