Energy Engineering Analysis Program at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Energy Savings Opportunity Survey. Executive Summary.

Abstract

The purpose of this report is evaluate selected Energy Conservation Opportunities and provide programming or implementation documentation for all recommended ECO's. After the individual ECO's were calculated, those projects with SIR's greater than 1 were grouped into projects for funding. Form 4283, Facilities Engineering Work Request was filled out for each project grouping. Projects meeting ECIP requirements have PDB's and Form 1391 documentation.
