Energy Audit of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Volume 1 of 3: Executive Summary.

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to perform a detailed energy audit and engineering analysis of the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, three dental clinics and five troop medical clinics located at Fort Campbell Kentucky. The audit was performed to gather information which was used to evaluate the energy conservation opportunities listed in the scope of work as well as to identify other possible energy conservation opportunities. After evaluating all ECO's and listing in order of highest to lowest saving to investment ratio (SIR), I. C. Thomasson worked with Base Master Planning, DEH, and Utility Personnel to develop energy conservation projects by grouping the ECO's into appropriate packages. Project documentation was then prepared in accordance with the scope of work. A comprehensive report was prepared to document the work accomplished. This document summarizes the contents of this report and is contained in the final report.
