Abstract

This report contains recommendations for the reduction of facility energy consumption in accordance with the U.S. Army's directives to produce facilities that operate as energy efficiently as possible while maintaining operational readiness. The survey was performed under the Energy Engineering Analysis Program (EEAP). The objective of this study is the analysis and recommendations for energy conservation opportunities (ECOs).
