The purpose of this analysis is to develop a systematic program of projects that will result in energy consumption reductions in compliance with the stated goals of the Army Facilities Energy Plan for the Stratford Army Engine Plant in Stratford, Connecticut. Reduced energy consumption is a stated goal for the Army Facility Energy Plan.
