Abstract

The purpose of this report is to provide the Army with data of conservation projects associated with the investigation of facilities; to analyze present fuel consumption records; and to developed an orderly procedure for reducing energy consumption consistent with Army Facilities Energy Plan (AFEP), dated 26 October, 1981.
