Abstract
This report serves as the annual report for the period beginning July 1, 1996 for the project entitled "A Mouse Model for the Cloning of a Tumor Suppressor Gene Mutated in Sporadic Breast Cancer. This report states the experimental progress made and proposes a modification of an original specific aim. This modification serves to facilitate the speed of the research and substantially reduces the numbers of mice to be used in the study.
