Abstract

This report documents the proceedings of the first Workshop on COTS-Based Systems, held at the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) June 10-11, 1997. It describes the workshop activities, the discussions of three breakout groups, and some general conclusions reached by participants in the workshop.
