Abstract
This is the Final Report of the research conducted at Stanford Electronics Laboratories under the sponsorship of the Joint Services Electronics Program from March 1, 1994 through March 31, 1997. This report summarizes the area of publications and presentations sponsored by the contract DAAH04-94-G-0058. The research program is divided into two main areas: Semiconductor Materiais, Processes and Circuits and Information Systems
