Comparison of Predicted Creatinine Clearance Versus Actual 24-Hour Measured Creatinine Clearance in Pregnant Women

Abstract

The objective of this study was to:I) evaluate renal function during pregnancy using a measured 24-hour CrCl 2 to evaluate the performance of several published equations in predicting CrCl 3 to provide the clinician with an equation that best predicts the CrCl.
