JPRS Report: Science and Technology Central Eurasia: Materials Science.

Abstract

This report contains scientific and technical data and reports on Materials Science. The report was designed to cover a range of topics dealing with composite materials, ferrous materials, nonmetallic materials. The highlighted applications of these materials such as thermal barrier coatings, aircraft structural component and wear resistant coatings are subsequently discussed. The report, in addition, focuses on the preparation and treatment of the materials.
