Air Force Laboratory Manufacturing Technology, 1998 Project Book; A Digest of the Air Force's ManTech Program.

Abstract

As the manufacturing technology community prepares for the 1997 Defense Manufacturing Conference, the Manufacturing Technology Division has just published its 1998 Project Book, which describes the division's projects. The division has also highlighted its top efforts of 1997 for this issue of the Program Status Report. In this issue: Salvageable electron gun, PDES application protocols, Design and manufacture of low cost composites, Mobile automated scanner, MT for multifunctional radomes, Multi-bandgap solar cells, SPARES, Process & prototype tool for legacy electronics, Industrial Base Information Center, Fiber optic gyroscopes, DRACOSSI project are highlighted.
