Abstract
The attached two-page report lists the sixty-six scholarships paid. The report is organized alphabetically by student last name. The grant award of $134,000 accounted for sixty-seven scholarships. The discrepancy is the scholarship payable to Albert Wang. Albert completed four years of undergraduate work in three years and therefore did not need the final year's payment of his scholarship. The $2,000 balance will be applied as a carryover toward 1998 scholarship payments (authorized by the program officer). The funds reside in a non-interest bearing account.
